Stacey Haralambides
Company Founder
Stacey Haralambides graduated from the Syracuse School of Architecture and is a Registered Architect in New York. He is member of the National Association of Home Builders and serves on the Rochester Home Builders Association Board of Directors. He is an active member of a National Builders 20 Club that serves as a board of advisors to Aristo. Stacey lives in Aristo’s Woodcliff Community with his wife Martine and Australian Labradoodle Morgan.
Nicholas Haralambides
Partner
Nicholas Haralambides is a Rochester native. He grew up in Fairport and went on to earn a BS in Finance from University of Connecticut. He joined Aristo in 2004 and manages all aspects of estimating and construction. He is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP). Nicholas lives beside Aristo’s Hickory Woods community in Fairport with his wife Kristina, two sons Max and Myles, and Vizsla Cooper.
Jennifer Townsend
Partner
Jennifer Townsend is also a Rochester native. She grew up in Fairport and went on to receive her JD from Syracuse University School of Law, is a licensed attorney in New York and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). In 2015, Jennifer joined Aristo heading up Business Development and guides the Company’s future focus on creative and sustainable land use. She lives beside Aristo’s Hickory Woods community in Fairport (next door to Nicholas) with her husband, two children, and Goldendoodle. Jennifer also serves on the Board of Directors for the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester.
